As all always brief us the process of neighborship establishment, here is the proof for that.

This is the hello packet which shows all the required elements which has to accepted before being the neighbor.

DBD PACKETS AFTER BEING THE NEIGHBOR

Example of the DBD packets between two neighbors who had just met and accepted to be neighbor.

SNIFFED DBD PACKET

Inside from DBD packet which says it is an DBD packet, which as router LSA.
